Autoruns : Normalized dates from Autoruns?

Hey Folks,
I posted a while back about inconsistent date formats from Autoruns running on variously internationalized Windows versions.

Does anyone know whether a fix might be in the works to get UCT times in a standardized format out of autoruns, rather than local time, in a localized format?
