Thanks, LMiller7, yes I somewhat intuitively understood the system must be something very special and rather complex. (steep learning curve - is my obsession with the Kernel justified?)
And yes, I choose the option you suggest, I basically only wanted to get a feedback telling me I do not need to worry about "files not found" in the larger "system"/process/routines context: It is something I can safely ignore.
Although I would like what these missing files are about. I understand their function was far from unnecessary and I simply wonder what files could have replaced it on my system, if any?
Yes, I need a Win Professional, not only to be able to fully control the users but for many other reasons too. Windows 8.1 made this much more urgent than 7. And maybe I finally teach myself Linux. AND basics of the Windows Shell. ;)
