Process Monitor : AppCrash in ProcMon 3.10

I am trying to build some programs with running Process Monitor. But almost in half of builds procmon crashes with message:

My script's steps (script itself is written in python also):

procmon.exe /AcceptEula /Quiet /BackingFile C:\logs\python\python.pml
procmon.exe /WaitForIdle
<< run python build using VC2008 and other tools, procmon crashes here >>
procmon.exe /Terminate
