Keep in mind all BSODs are from a timeout to a kernel level driver I/O.

![]() I may be using this completely wrong, but here we go: I get a BSOD with error APC_index_mismatch when attempting to "find handle or DLL" on a drive. Running windows 8.1 64-bit (v. 6.3.9600) ProcExp v16.04 steps to reproduce (as far as I have discovered): open the "find handle or dll" window, type a drive name such as "F:\" and hit enter if something is using that drive, the processes will show up in the list, if not, none will. once it finishes (or so I think) it goes to a BSOD. probably need more info, or I'm just using that dialogue in a way it shouldn't be used (would be odd, because it did return the processes before crashing) |
