It actually occurred that double bytes characters cannot be displayed anymore right after we downloaded "Handle v4.0(Version:4.0.0.0 / Published:2014/9/11)" Since double bytes characters used to be working properly on the previous version（Version:3.46.0.0 / Published:2013/7/16）, we assumed that the code page for handle.exe maybe causing this issue. Could anyone let us know if there is any solution or any future release plan for this issue? Your response would be very much appreciated in advance.
