Nobody has replied to my post, so I am renewing the request on March 24, 2013. I have searched Microsoft on this also, and they seem to have NO answer. As someone noted there,

Nobody has replied to my post, so I am renewing the request on March 24, 2013. I have searched Microsoft on this also, and they seem to have NO answer. As someone noted there,
"A debugging related process is likely to have very high privileges on a machine. Therefore one would prefer to be reassured that the process in question was a legitimate and verifiable image. Certainly in this case it does not seem to inspire confidence that the image is legitimate and there does seem to be a lack of information available to the public concerning the matter."

Will somebody please give me some explanation that makes sense?
