Subject: EXCEL.EXE is creating strange folders

Update
Ran the full procmon on excel. It is quite long and after running through it I fail to see anything jumping up and looking out of place.
Just the directory creating and then the close when Excel closes. Nothing loading or being accessed from any strange folders outside of the usual excel folders.
