Troubleshooting : Poor RAM Usage by Desktop Background Slideshow

I cleaned booted the system this morning and there was of course significant less memory usage. The most interesting part was the reduction in DRIVER LOCKED memory. It from 1GB down to 42MB. I haven't any disable any drivers though.

Afterwards, I restarted aging with my Normal Boot and DRIVER LOCKED memory stayed at 42MB.

I have Hyper-V installed, but I've had no VM's have been running of late.

I wonder if something is starting up during idle or a software update had fixed that particular issue after the restart ( i.e. STEAM or ORIGIN)?

I going keep checking on things through out the day.
