Internals : pHandleEntryList inside sharedInfo is null

I'm having the same problem on Win7x64, seems User32InitializeImmEntryTable is different on x64, the function doesn't find "push eax" (0x50, 0x68).

The goal is to get https://github.com/jay/gethooks to work on x64, surely this would be the right place to ask. Anyone have some ideas?
