#1 Download the BIOS update to A17, make sure the battery is fully charged and you are plugged into the wall before you do this. Reboot a few times and see if the WiFi is now working.
#2 No. Download the correct updated WiFi driver for your card. Reboot and see if it is working.
#3 No. Download the chipset "Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility, v.9.2.0.1030, A04" and reboot and see if WiFi is working.
If none of that gets it working you may want to try removing the batter from the laptop for an hour to make sure all the electronics are completely dead. Put the battery back and try it. If all that does not work you may have damaged the WiFi card or knocked it lose when you bumped the computer. Call Dell and see if they can repair it cost effectively. Many times on-site tech is not as pricey as you might think.
