Hi, this facebook page is now gone.
However you can still get the p2vLite program from the main BizCONLINE website.
I have worked with this tool and converted a production server running 2008 r2 and ms sql server.
Its great, I wrote up my notes into an how-to guide over at spiceworks:

Id love to see some more devlopment on the software since its the only thing iv found to date that will do the job without paying though the nose.
