Subject: All entries in Office tab randomly listed disabled

In win10 x64 Creators Update I have installed Office 2016 and Visual Studio Enterprise 2017.
Using Autoruns 13.71 x86 (always as admin),
randomly, all entries in the Office tab, are listed either all enabled(ticked) or all disabled (unticled).
Here are screenshots (I had no Office application running):
as I run Autoruns x86:

and after a few seconds, after I immediately press Refresh (F5)

And, this is happening randomly,
i.e. the next time I'll run AutoRuns, they might be listed as ticked.
