Yes. It can be added to low risk policy in McAfee.
If using ePO go to Policies.
Select VirusScan Enterprise from the drop down then select Low Risk porocesses from the second drop down.
Set to SERVER in the drop down.
Add procmon.exe and procmon64.exe
