Subject: BGInfo always sets wallpaper style to "tile"

Hey Guys

I'm using BGInfo v4.20 on Windows 7 Enterprise. BGInfo runs as part the user login script. The application and its configuration file are stored in the NETLOGON share. BGInfo sucessfully launches and displays the correct Information on the user desktop. So far so good.
But there is one problem: BGInfo always sets the user wallpaper to "Tile" regardless of what the user has been set before. Is this behaviour by design or is there an Option/Workaround to prevent BGInfo from changing the wallpaper style and keep the user-Setting like "Stretch" or "Fit"?

Some additional information about the environment:

Command line that launches BGInfo during user Login:

strBGInfo = "%logonserver%\NETLOGON\BGInfo\Bginfo7.exe %logonserver%\NETLOGON\BGInfo\VISClient7.bgi /timer:10 /nolicprompt"
WshShell.Run strBGInfo,True

BGInfo Settings:

Background:
"Copy user's wallpaper Settings" enabled
"Make wallpaper visible behind text" enabled

Position:
Right bottom
"Compensate for Taskbar position" unchecked
"Multiple Monitor Selection" Primary display Monitor

Desktops:
Default Settings

User Desktop Group Policies:

"Prevent changing desktop icons" Enabled
"Force a specific visual style file or force Windows Classic" Enabled (%windir%\Resources\Themes\Aero\aero.msstyles)
"Load a specific theme" Enabled (%windir%\Resources\Themes\aero.theme)

The forced visual style and theme has not been changed.

Thank you very much for your help

Regards, Lukas
