My heuristics detect a lot of paranoid schizo FUD. But, here, have all my sympathy.
The claims made here are that there are APTs affecting firmware, BIOS, etc. DUMP as much firmware as you can and find specialists like http://www.rootwyrm.com/ to take a look at it.
This may not be enough, and I'm taking your word for it, you need hardware based analysis tools.
