Subject: Sigcheck 2.01 outputs incorrect Signer
Posted: 17 December 2013 at 3:00pm
Hello,
in first I really like the Sysinternal suite and also Sigcheck (in current version 2.01) but I noticed currently due to some checks that the Signer-Name output from sigcheck differs from the "real" signer (which is even showed correctly under windows / fileproperities) name.
If in the Signer-name a comma occurs it's output is limited until this comma.
![]()
(screenshot from the same file with sigcheck and file-properities)
I crosschecked it with other signed files where a comma appears in the signer name and it's still the same behaviour.
What I didn't check in the meantime is which signs "split" the output - so if there is a additional
; or whatever showing the same behaviour.
Any solution/workaround for this issue in sight? Or did I proof wrong?
Kind regards from germany...
