You can do this without messing with the registry if you prefer. Start Autoruns, and when it is finished scanning, select Options and uncheck "Hide Microsoft entries (you can leave "Hide Windows Entries" checked). Then go to Image Hijacks and the deselect the entry (or two if you are running 64 bit Windows) for Process Explorer.
