Assuming you are trying to move the folder from C:\ to F:\, this looks backwards to me.Create new folder on F:\Copy folder on C:\ to F:\Delete folder on C:\From an elevated command prompt use command mklink /d C:\folder F:\folderhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753194.aspx
