I'll do that...
However, I have to ask, since the WPRUI is not running when the long welcome screen issue occurs (as my above post indicates), what do you hope to see from the logs?
Isn't there some driver or service that should be running when the first logon occurs?
The Event logs are a mess, and over 99.999% is just 'info'
