Subject: Windows 7 Welcome Screen too long

(Okay, this is my fourth attempt to post a reply. I keep getting a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error....)
When I add those settings, I get a error about 'Adding the profile..." (Great details... Not like something informative like Access Denied, File is locked, ...)
When I disable the 'Slow Logon' you gave me, I get a warning about the paging executive. I assume it is some driver or service that handles the page file, but I don't know how to enable or disable it, as I've never seen the name 'Paging Executive' in the services list.
Screen shots are below... (no... in drop box). Please advise on what direction to take.
