PsTools : The data area passed to a system call is too small

I'm getting an error when I run this cmd:

psexec -i 0 -s C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

The error is:
PsExec could not start C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe on DOCFXITLT-WIN7:
The data area passed to a system call is too small.

What can I do to fix this?
