Subject: PsPing - Timeout Problem

I am having a problem with latency testing using PsPing. When I attempt to redirect the output to a text file I always get the following error:
C:\Temp\PSTools>psping -l 8k -n 20s 172.19.1.23:5000 > c:\temp\%computername%-la
t.txt
PsPing v2.01 - PsPing - ping, latency, bandwidth measurement utility

Sysinternals - www.sysinternals.com
0%This operation returned because the timeout period expired.
If I don't redirect the output to a text file, it works fine every time. Bandwidth tests to not have the same problem. I can redirect the output to a text file without issue.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
