So,
I am actually running BGInfo from login script with this this sort of command structure:
%share%\bginfo %share%\Bginfo_v2.bgi /NOLICPROMPT /silent /timer:0
When I look in my Startup Folder, there is no .bgi or BGInfo.exe.
I figure out on my own that there was the dropdown menu for User Desktop and Update this Wallpaper was changed from Update this Wallpaper to Do to alter this wallpaper. Seems like that was the issue, I didn't change it initially since that's not clear verbiage. My poor ferret brain would expect something like, "Hide BGInfo from display" or something.
PS:
Of course, now when I use MSRA to remote to a offsite user, their desktop image is replaced by a black screen, even though the bgi is configured to Copy user's wallpaper settings.
