When I use MSRA (remote assistant) to connect to a user via VPN, their desktop is replaced with a black background.

When I use MSRA (remote assistant) to connect to a user via VPN, their desktop is replaced with a black background.
Settings
Bitmap: Match display
Background: Copy user's wallpaper settings, Make wallpaper visible beind text.
Logon Desktop for Terminal Services users: Do not alter this wallpaper
Seems like these settings are optimally set in order to not disrupt the remote user's background, but maybe I'm missing something. Can someone please clarify?
