Hi Brian1951,
No, Page Defrag does Not work in Windows Vista and above. Use other utilities to optimize the registry and other areas. I use NTregOpt, part of the ERUNT program found here:

I believe Mark Russinovich spoke about this within the last few years, in one of his Blogs. I believe that he stated that 'Page Defrag' was no longer needed in these more recent Windows versions.
