Subject: Desktops v2.0 keeps returning to primary

it completly freezes the internet or my program im not sure which but my game freezes ingame when i switch to another also my movies freeze and dont load i figured i would use multiple desktops to do mulitple things but it freezes everything idk whether its the internet stops working cause i would think that would log me out of the game which is does not but stuff dont load or move i figured it would work in background just on low memory no visual it just freezes in time doesnt do what i hoped for but maybe its not like this for everyone?
